Rumor has it PAWS Thrift Shop is one of the best thrift shops here in Swain County! We have a new location and the store is bright and homey-feeling with (finally) plenty of parking !All of our gently used merchandise is donated from generous supporters near and far! Many items are brand new and all of our electronics are tested before putting them out on the shelves. We are staffed primarily by dedicated volunteers who are part of the lifeline that keeps our shelter open. All proceeds from the thrift store directly fund PAWS shelter operations and programs. Without our customers and volunteers, we simply could not exist.
Stop by and check out some great bargains on our clothing, household items, furniture, books, jewelry and more! Keep an eye on our blog to see what “gotta have” item has just come in or when that buy one get one sale starts. Whether you’re donating items or shopping, you’re helping to save the lives of many abandoned, abused, injured and homeless dogs and cats in Swain County. It’s a win-win situation for all of us!
